The Excitement of Books in the Mail... for us and for you!

Our kiddos love those days the mail lady comes to the doorstep and when, moments later, I'm saying excitedly, "You guys got new books in the mail!"  It's definitely fostering a love of reading in them.  Of course, seeing their parents read fosters a love of reading in them, too.  Teaching 4 kiddos to read has been/is a bit of a struggle, but we're doing it... with God's help and lots of fun books!  With that in mind, I thought it would be fun to select one blog reader to receive a package of books from some of my favorite authors.  You'll receive books for you and your kiddos based on their ages.

Fill out the giveaway form below and I'll choose a winner on the morning of February 16th.  In the meantime, have a very blessed week!   Oh, and please don't leave your e-mail if you make a comment--that's what the form is for.  My hubby is a computer guy and his privacy concerns have rubbed off on me.  It's just not wise to post your e-mail where everyone and their mother can see it.  ;)

  16. Packages in the mail and Books! What a fun combo. Reading to my children is one of the things I hope they will look back on fondly. It has been fun to see them laugh and get caught up in the stories. You are very sweet to share books with other children, it is quite a gift.

  68. My kids love reading, the problem is the rate we plow through books! We go to the library once a week to stock up. My daughter is 5, so she's pretty easy, but my son is 12 and reading at a college level, sometimes 2 books a day. Thanks for the great giveaway!

  87. Reading is the key to learning and I have loved books since I was a child. Kids today don't read as much as they should. I encourage my children to read.
