Nutrisystem and Ufit: Perfect Combo, Amazing, and Gets Results! #NSNation

I started using both Nutrisystem and Ufit about one month ago when I started my healthy-eating regimen.  The pair go together perfectly!  My tummy is noticeably flat and so many of my clothes look beautifully on me that I couldn't even fit into at the beginning of the year. My hubby is a bit disappointed, though.  He liked to squeeze my tummy and he can't find anything to squeeze anymore.  Oh, well.  ;) But like I said, along with beginning the Ufit workouts I also began eating right--my Nutrisystem meals, fruits, veggies, a balanced diet, small portions 6 times a day, and drinking water almost exclusively (no more soda!). After only one week, I had results.  I was totally impressed!  Now a little more than a month later, I'm back to the weight I was before I ever had kids (and I've had 4 of them!)  Nutrisystem is going to send me a super cute teddy bear b/c I've met my goal.  How encouraging is that?! 

As far as the DVDs go, besides the results, I like Cindy Whitmarsh's personality. She's a nice instructor and actually does the workouts (I don't go for the trainers who yell at you and don't do the workouts themselves--ahem, Jillian Michaels). The workouts are only 20 minutes--a time slot that can easily fit into anyone's day.

  1. I cant say I have a favorite but my daughter in law and I have been working out with the Jillian Michaels DVD and are seeing some results (some days we have to skip because we're lazy lol and have other things going on). I would love to try this DVD. Doing the same ole routine gets boring.

  32. during the summer months i love working out in my pool. I often will pull a tv out to the deck and pop in a workout video and do the workout in the pool. during the winter i walk on my treadmil alot.

  61. I also love working out at home. Right now, I am using Shaun T's Hip Hop Abs. Actually, this is the only workout (on and off) I've been using for the past 4 years. :) I am looking for a new workout to try since it gets boring if it gets too repetitive. :)

  98. I haven't worked out in a long time, but I need to because my weight is impacting my life negatively. I prefer working out in the privacy of my own home using DVD's that focus on HIT workouts, cardio dance, or resistance training. Thank you for the chance to jumpstart my workout plan.

  99. I feel like working out at home allows me to minimize my time commitment. As a young professional in a demanding job, I enjoy starting my day with exercise- it takes less than 50 minutes start to finish, and I love knowing it's the first item checked off my to do list every day!
